Appointments & Scheduling
-Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
-We recommend arriving on time to ensure full service.
-Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
-Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
-Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
-Proper Cuts, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to repeat no-shows.
Payments
-Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
-All prices are subject to change without notice.
-Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
Communications & SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Proper Cuts, LLC related to:

-Occasional promotions (if opted in)

Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 954-466-3633. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message Frequency Clause
As always, message and date rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 messages per month. If you have any questions about our text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
